Children's Mental Health Week

This week is 'Children's Mental Health Week' with the theme 'Express Yourself'. It is very important to think about activities to support good mental health especially in current lockdown. Express yourself 'is about finding ways to share feelings, thoughts and ideas through creativity' that can help you feel good about yourself.  Look at the 'Wellbeing Collection' and the 'Spring into Spring' activity books below for lots of ideas for active/non active and outside /inside activities to do. Chose an activity you are interested in. Watch the powerpoint ''All about me looking after yourself'. Also you might choose to have a go at some of the activities on the PDFs. You can make your own version without having to print them out. Express yourself!
